The exterior and surrounding grounds are amazing at this property. The property is less than mile from the city limits of Athens, TN. The address of the property is 236 Hwy 307 Athens, TN 37303. The property size is 7.3 acres. The property has been in the Mayfield family since 1833. It was owned by one of the most well known families in the area- The Mayfield Family.
